We now have our itinerary for China! I can't believe it, but we leave in 12 days!
Please pray for us during our trip. Especially pray for the girls on their "Gotcha" days, as it will be quite a transition for these girls since they are so much older.
8/11- Leave the house at 6 am for our flight to Beijing. Will be changing planes in Detroit.
8/12 Arrive in Beijing on flight and check into hotel.
8/13 Tour Beijing.
8/14 Travel from Beijing by train to Jinan City in Shandong Province. Will be meeting Avery in the early evening!
8/15 Complete adoption paperwork and tour Jinan.
8/16 Complete adoption paperwork and tour Jinan.
8/17 Fly from Jinan to Kunming City in Yunnan Province
8/18 Rest day
8/19 Meet and take custody of Alexa at the Civil Affairs Office
8/20 Complete adoption
paperwork and tour Kunming.
8/21 Complete adoption
paperwork and tour Kunming.
8/22 Sightseeing around Kunming.
8/23 Fly from Kunming to Guangzhou City in Guangdong Province. (This is where the American Consulate is located and where we finalize the US side of the adoptions)
8/24 Visa medical examination

8/25 Sightseeing around

8/26 Pick up medical reports and prepare paperwork for the visa
interview
8/27 Visa interview at the US Consulate at 8:30 am
8/28 Pick up Avery and Alexandra’s
visas, take the train to Hong Kong.
8/29 Sightseeing
around Hong Kong
8/30 Depart for the USA and HOME!! :-)
